But are you sure Severus is so dead set against teddy bears? I bet he has an old toy fluffy and battered faded Niffler with boot button eyes (one missing) and a chewed nose (from when he was really ickle), which he keeps under his pillow. And sometimes to his shame, wakes up clutching it to his cheek.

Harry's research showed thoroughness worthy of Hermione. What happened to the house-elf mariachi band he sent off to deliver a singing telegram for Snape's birthday was a clear indicator that maracas are a no-no. Poor Winky.

As for the icon, it was spawned by a convo the gf and I had one time about my severe hard-on for Snape and her infatuation with Lucius as they appeared in CoS, which came out in 2002. Then, to commemorate the DVD release of PoA (i.e. "Further Thoughts Unbecoming of Lesbians", as that movie is now known in our family), she made the first version of the icon with that text. ...damn, evil shouldn't be so good looking that it causes sexual orientation confusion. ;P

Thanks. ;) I'm using mostly Adobe Photoshop CS (though I really should be using Illustrator more, at least to have vector graphics), which really is a piece of software that has everything and the kitchen sink.

Part Two sounds intriguing. I wonder if the guide will recommend digging a pit in the hallway and covering it with leaves. Or perhaps leaving a sticky vial of potion in the hallway and when he tries to pick it up, it renders him helpless because it's stuck to the floor, and now he's stuck to it, and has to wait for help. Or maybe trick him into getting rolled up into a Persian rug.
